Privacy Policy

This site and service are run by Office Integrator. This policy covers the Platform website, the dashboard where you build and deploy apps, and the apps we host for you.

We collect only what it takes to run the service:

• Account details: your name, email address, and profile picture, as shared by the sign-in provider you choose (Google, GitHub, or Microsoft).
• Session cookies, so you stay signed in.
• The projects, settings, and content you create in the dashboard.
• Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. These come from our hosting provider and help us keep the service secure.
• If you turn on WhatsApp notifications: your phone number and the messages sent to and from you.

To sign you in, run your projects, send the notifications you asked for, fix problems, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Only the companies that help us run the service, and only as much as they need:

• Cloudflare, which hosts the service and stores its data.
• Google, GitHub, or Microsoft, when you sign in with them.
• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), when you choose to receive WhatsApp messages. Meta's own privacy policy also applies to those messages.

We send WhatsApp messages only if you opted in. Each message is about something you or your organization set up, such as an assignment or a status update. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP or by turning the option off in your profile.

For as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, or ask us to, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days.

You can see and update your details in the dashboard. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address below. Cookies are only used for sign-in, so blocking them will sign you out.

If we make a meaningful change, we update the date at the top of this page and, for big changes, we tell you by email.
